Dispatch Supervisor Deborah Chamberlain

Dispatch Supervisor Chamberlain started with the Williston Police Department in 1998. In addition to being a full time dispatcher, she spent 13 years also working as a part time Officer within the Department. She is certified as a Dispatch Supervisor, a Tactical Dispatcher, has undergone Critical Incident Training, 911 Training, and is a Rape Aggression Defense Instructor.

Dispatcher Jake Kilpeck

Joined Williston PD as a dispatcher in August of 2021 with nearly 8 years of prior dispatching experience at another local agency. A Certified VT enhanced 911 call taker and Communications training officer. Lifelong area resident and currently a captain with his local volunteer fire department.

Dispatcher Samantha Turner

Dispatcher Turner joined Williston PD in 2024.

Dispatcher Ashley Lizotte

Dispatcher Lizotte is the Williston Police Departments full-time records clerk/administrative assistant but helps out part-time in dispatch. She joined the Williston Police Department in 2021 with 3 years of previous dispatching experience. Before that, she worked for 8 years as a Corrections Officer where she was a field training officer.

Dispatcher Michele Shepard

Dispatcher Shepard has worked part-time with the Williston Police Department since 2013. She works full-time with the South Burlington Police Department as a dispatcher. She has been with them for 11 years.
